Our response to Covid-19
IN LIGHT OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS REGARDING COVID-19, THE ALBERTA CRAFT GALLERY IN EDMONTON AND CALGARY IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.
CRAFT ARTISTS, VISIT HERE for a compilation of information and resources for our craft community, including income loss tracking documents developed to better support craft artists in the months to come.

Please know that we have not taken this decision lightly, as we know that sales at our brick and mortars directly influence our artists’ economic wellbeing, and free access to our gallery exhibitions provides comfort to many in our communities. In an important effort to limit exposure and with school closures impacting our staff schedules, we believe this is the most appropriate thing to do.
Our galleries and shops are temporarily closed but we continue to work behind the scenes. Throughout this time, we will continue to work on exhibition planning, member services, shop administration, our upcoming magazine and many other important projects! All staff will be available via email and you can find our staff directory here.
To our supporters and customers, we are happy to connect with you on a one-on-one basis to help you meet your needs, and make payment (you can use an Alberta Craft Gallery e-gift card!) and pick-up arrangements. If you want to make a purchase please email shop@albertacraft.ab.ca or call 780-488-5900 in Edmonton and 587-391-0129 in Calgary and leave a message.

Shop Extended Exchange Policy: Due to our closure, we will offer a 21-day extension from our projected date of re-opening (April 1, 2020) for exchanges or store credit for purchases made from March 1, 2020 to March 14, 2020. Please keep your receipt for all exchanges and returns.
