Exhibition: Louise McBeath Schoepp & Al Schoepp Winners at 2016 Open Art Competition, Spruce Grove Allied Arts Council - Spruce Grove, AB

Surf by ACC members Louise McBeath Schoepp and Al Schoepp won a first prize in the 3D category of Spruce Grove Allied Arts Council Open Art competition. The annual competition is open to all Alberta residents. This year's entries and winners were on display and for sale in the Spruce Grove Art gallery until October 1. 

Mr J Fisher pewter bowl and Surf pewter platter by Louise McBeath Schoepp & Al Schoepp are on display in the Showcase: small spaces / big ideas at AGA in Edmonton.

ACC Professional member Scott Hardy is participating in 18th Annual Traditional Cowboy Arts Exhibition & Sale. The Traditional Cowboy Arts Association is dedicated to preserving and promoting the skills of saddlemaking, bit and spur making, silversmithing and rawhide braiding and the role of these traditional crafts in the cowboy culture of the North American West.

Donna Brunner Featured in Rug Hooking Magazine

Rug Hooking Magazine (September/October issue) published an article about ACC Professional member Donna Brunner.

Donna graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in photographic technology. She attended numerous fine art classes through the University of Alberta and has attended a number of short courses in other disciplines including potting, rug hooking, and fabric dyeing. She enjoys working in her straw-bale studio in rural Alberta.
