On September 13, 2009, Cheyenne Tree Farms would like to invite vendors who sell handmade crafts, canned or baked goods, and fresh produce to set pu a booth at our Fifth Autumn Market Garden Festival.

The festival will be to promote Cheyenne Tree Farms, local market gardeners and artisans. Marketing will be carried through various community newspapres as well as distribution of promotional literature to customers. There will be no fees. Your booth space and commissions on the sales are free. We do charge a $50.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to be paid at the time of registration.

Facilities can be indoors or outdoos, cepending on weather. You will be required to provide your own tables for your display as well as any additional supplies. The hours for the event are set as follows:

10 am to 4 pm

Set up times will be two hours prior to opening on September 13. Take down will be for 2 hours after closing on Sunday.

Once registered, Cheyenne Tree Farms will mail you a Vendor Information Package outlining regulations and site layout. Limited space is available so please respond early.

Artists in the Pines is a fall weekend of workshops designed to foster anyone's muse in the Canadian Rockies! Weekend pass includes accommodation, meals & workshops (some additional materials fees apply), jam/improv sessions. If you can't join us for the entire weekend you can take individual workshops.

You tell us what you want, we'll respond with your personalized itinerary and fee schedule! This is a great way to show appreciation to that employee that was invaluable to you this year ... or maybe just the way to spend time with family & friends after a hectic summer season! Jasper is wonderful in the fall.
