Karen Cantine is an internationally recognized metal artist. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she began taking children's classes in metal work at Cordova Museum and eventually went on to study metals at the University of Iowa where she completed her M.A. in 1965. Her finely crafted and superbly designed work features silver jewellery, boxes, vessels, chalices and many other objects.
