For your convenience, we can ship anywhere in Canada and the United States only.   We may discourage shipping of items that are extremely fragile or over-sized. Although we will do our best to pack your purchase to increase the odds of a successful journey, we cannot guarantee safe passage.  As a result, your purchase and shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.  Additional insurance may be purchased through the carrier and claims for damage are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are travelling with your purchase or wish to handle the shipping yourself we would be happy to pack your purchase for you.

To ensure that purchases being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please be sure to provide a physical street address or highway number and phone number.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location will be provided. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your purchase.

Please specify If you prefer another mode of delivery.  Deliveries to major centers within Canada by Expedited Parcel are usually one to seven business days.  Deliveries to major centers within Canada by Xpresspost are usually next day to two business days.  The ACC cannot guarantee these delivery time as all deliveries are subject to the schedule of the delivery company.
