About the Alberta Craft Council

The Alberta Craft Council (ACC) is Alberta’s Provincial Arts Service Organization for Craft and a vibrant cultural nonprofit and charity. We proudly represent hundreds of artists and promote the sector through exhibitions, our social enterprise retail shops, artist development, public programming, advocacy, and more.

For over 45 years, we’ve championed contemporary and traditional craft practices in Alberta by creating meaningful opportunities for artists to share their skills, knowledge, and creativity with the public. Our programming spans from exhibitions and artist talks to events, publications, and retail initiatives that strengthen the craft sector across the province and beyond.
