The Alberta Craft Gallery Calgary in conjunction with Crescent Heights Community Association presents Sightlines - a series of 6 mini galleries around Rotary Park.
The Alberta Craft Gallery asked six artists to reflect on what “natural spaces” mean to them, and how the outdoors inspire and impact their art practice. The answers, creativity, and artworks we received in response are as varied as the materials they use.

Rotary Park sits at the centre of the beautiful inner-city neighbourhood of Crescent Heights. High up on the hill with a view towards the Bow River and Downtown Calgary, Rotary Park invites the community to observe and participate with nature through organized sports, picnic spots, off leash dog park, gardens, playground and benches for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Please join the Alberta Craft Gallery and the six featured artists to see their creations inspired by natural spaces and natural materials as they make art as a dialogue with this community space.
