Join the Alberta Craft Gallery as we visit three local design studios - Bay 1 Gallery/ Reichenbach Design, Crete Collective, and FORGE 53° for a special tour as part of Edmonton Design Week. All three studios are currently represented in Alberta Craft Gallery’s current exhibitions; the Group Feature Exhibition Furniture, and the Discovery Gallery Solo Proven Form - Modern Perspective with Ralph Reichenbach. Gain unique insight into each studio’s vision and process as they share their passion and artistry for design and furniture.
We will meet at the Southside studios and spend approximately 45 minutes at each location. Please note that it is a 4 minute drive/7 minute bike ride between Crete Collective and Forge 53 to Bay 1 Gallery, Alberta Craft representatives will be on hand to transport those without a vehicle between the studios if required.
Following the event we invite you to join us and the artists downtown for a public reception for both exhibitions at the Alberta Craft Gallery from 2-4pm. There is free parking behind the building. Please note that the Alberta Craft Gallery is not wheelchair accessible, for full information see here.
