Celebrate Halloween with a fun, hands-on bunting workshop with Alex from ëffulgentfriends! Choose from a selection of upcycled fabrics to create your own pennant banner, then add fall and Halloween inspired designs using linocut stamps of your making.

Design and carve your own stamp to take home, or choose from a selection of pre-carved stamps to decorate your bunting during the workshop. Mix and match fabrics and fringes to create a festive banner for your Halloween celebrations!

All materials are provided. Please note that the pre-carved stamps are for workshop use only and cannot be taken home. Any stamps you design and carve yourself are yours to keep.

About your instructor:  Alex is a local Edmonton artist showcasing her creations at the downtown farmers market every Saturday this July and August. Her brand name is ëffulgentfriends, meaning, radiantly shining with friends. Alex’s work includes a variety of mediums, often wearable art with loud colours and bold statements.

A note about this workshop: We're happy to offer this workshop at a reduced cost thanks to funding from the City of Edmonton's Downtown Action Fund, which helps us bring more hands-on craft experiences to downtown Edmonton.
